Scheduled for the evening of May 26, the roadshow will span from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport to Indira Bridge, drawing tens of thousands of supporters and residents along the route.

Traffic Advisory and Roads to Avoid

In view of the PM Modi Ahmedabad Roadshow, the Ahmedabad Police Commissioner’s Office has issued a detailed traffic advisory to ensure public safety and smooth transit. From 4 PM to 9 PM, key roads will be closed and traffic will be rerouted to accommodate the large gathering.

Closed Roads:

Duffnala to Airport Circle to Indira Bridge: Completely closed to the general public during the roadshow.

Surrounding arterial roads may see temporary barricading or police redirections.

Special Note for Air Travelers:

Those catching flights during this window are advised to leave early and carry valid proof of travel. Special provisions will be made for these passengers to ensure timely arrival at the airport.

Alternate Routes Suggested by Ahmedabad Police

To minimize disruption due to the PM Modi Ahmedabad Roadshow, alternative routes have been provided:

For Vehicles Heading to Gandhinagar from Indira Bridge:

Nobel Nagar T-Junction

Nana Chiloda Crossroads

Karai Crossroads

Apollo Circle

For Other Key Routes Affected:

Vehicles between Dafnala and Apollo Circle should use alternate routes via Naroda and Chiloda.

Additional diversion points have been deployed near Naroda Patiya, Bapunagar, and Krishnanagar.

Commuters are requested to use navigation apps and follow real-time updates provided by Ahmedabad Traffic Police on social media and traffic helplines.
