Highway Blocked, Ministers Stuck
The Aut–Luhri–Sainj National Highway, a crucial link to Kullu’s district HQ, was blocked by landslide debris and flooding. As a result, Agriculture Minister Chander Kumar and Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani were stranded en route to Banjar.
Rajesh Dharmani, who was the chief guest at the World Heritage Festival 2025, missed the event due to weather-induced delays.

According to Himachal Disaster Management Director D.C. Rana, no casualties or property loss have been reported yet. However, local residents near the affected rivers and streams have been advised to move to safer areas.
