BCL Industries Dividend 2025: Key Details
The Board of Directors recommended a final equity dividend of ₹0.26 per share on the face value of ₹1 each for FY25.
“The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the 49th Annual General Meeting,” said the company in its filing.
Once approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM.
