NBCC Q4 Results 2025: 29.3% Surge in Net Profit, Final Dividend of ₹0.14 per Share Recommended

NBCC (India) Limited, the state-owned Navratna PSU, announced its Q4 results for FY25 on May 29, 2025, reporting a strong financial performance marked by a double-digit rise in revenue and net profit. The company also declared a 14% final dividend for its shareholders.

NBCC Q4 Financial Highlights:

  • Net Profit: ₹176 crore in Q4 FY25, up 29.3% from ₹136 crore in Q4 FY24

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹4,643 crore, up 16.2% YoY from ₹3,996 crore

  • EBITDA: ₹310 crore vs. ₹243 crore in the same quarter last year — 27.4% increase

  • EBITDA Margin: 6.7%, up 69 basis points from 6.1% in Q4 FY24

These results underscore NBCC’s continued momentum in project execution and operational efficiency, despite macroeconomic headwinds.

NBCC Dividend 2025: Final Dividend Announced

The Board of Directors of NBCC has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.14 per share for FY 2024-25, equivalent to 14% of the face value of ₹1 per share.

“The final dividend is subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting,” the company stated in its exchange filing.


NBCC Dividend Payment Date 2025

If approved at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, as per regulatory norms.

Following the earnings announcement, NBCC shares closed 0.47% higher at ₹116.14 on the BSE, compared to the previous close of ₹115.60.
